Boulevard Corporate Tower

The Boulevard Corporate Tower was developed to masterfully meet concepts such as technology, access, flexibility, sustainability and service. Its tower is based on the balance between innovative design, optimization of each square meter and the comfort of its users. Composed of 17 floors of 1,200m², its slabs can be divided into sets, reaching a minimum of 200m², promoting flexibility for the most diverse occupancy standards.

Being integrated into the most sophisticated shopping center in Belo Horizonte brings hundreds of reasons to install your company at Boulevard Corporate Tower. In addition to the 2,439 parking spaces, there are more than 200 stores and 27 dining options, including restaurants, fast food restaurants and coffee shops, forming an ideal mix of products and services.

I was the architect and project manager responsible for managing the projects and the construction from 2011 to 2015.

Parque Shopping Maceió

Parque Shopping Maceió is located in Northern Maceió - Brazil, the fastest growing zone in the city. With modern architecture, the mall hosts major chains and national and international brands. The excellent food court, facing the sea, offers 30 types of cuisines.

The mall hosts three famous restaurants.The schedule of concerts, exhibitions, and cultural events complements the entertainment offer, making the mall the favorite gathering point for the families in Alagoas.

I was the architect and project manager responsible for managing the construction in 2014.

Shopping Vila Velha

Shopping Vila Velha opened in August 2014 and is the largest shopping mall in Espírito Santo. The development occupies 140,000 m², with 71,000 m² of gross leasable area (ABL), and has 233 satellite stores, 4,000 parking spaces, a hypermarket with 9,000 m², a food court, a pet shop, a game center, 12 megastores, 18 anchor stores, and a Gourmet Promenade.

I participated in the management of the project and construction in 2013.

São Luís Shopping

The mall currently has 55,319.39m², 2 floors, 232 operations, 45 kiosks, 2 food courts, 3 amusement parks and the largest and most comfortable movie theater in the city with 10 movie theaters, 7 conventional theaters and 3 VIP theaters, operated by the fourth largest exhibitor in the world.

More than just a shopping center, São Luís Shopping is a meeting point for people of different ages and backgrounds. With a diverse program of cultural events, exhibitions and recreational activities, the mall promotes social integration and cultural enrichment, strengthening ties between the city's inhabitants.

I participated in the management of the project in 2012.

Boulevard Shopping Belo Horizonte

Boulevard Shopping Belo Horizonte - Brazil is the first shopping mall in the central east region of the city, located in the traditional Santa Efigênia neighborhood. With modern and bold architecture, it has a complete mix of stores, services, and entertainment, including famous brands, besides the Boulevard Corporate Tower, which is adjacent to the mall.

I was the architect intern responsible for managing the projects and the construction in 2010.
