Located in the countryside of Minas Gerais - Brazil, it features large windows connecting indoor spaces to a serene outdoor setting with a pond, trees, and rolling hills.

Concrete offers durability and thermal efficiency, which is particularly useful in withstanding the region's climate.

Metal, on the other hand, is lightweight yet strong, making it ideal for structural elements like roofing or window frames. It's low-maintenance and can be crafted into modern finishes that complement the glass and concrete.

This modern tropical villa combines minimalism with natural elegance, designed to blend in with the lush surrounding landscape. Inspired by the simplicity and spaciousness of modern architecture, the home features clean lines, large glass panels for natural light, and a harmonious flow between indoors and outdoors. The structure is composed primarily of natural materials, including concrete, wood siding, and a flat metal roof. The sliding glass doors open the living room to a large deck, allowing for a strong connection with nature. Careful landscaping with native plants and stone elements enhances the serene and grounded atmosphere.
